WE LOVE CUSTOM - Custom Graphic Creation Outside Of Listing Minor Revisions and Customizations.
- All of our custom listings include minor changes as indicated in the listing ie. color, text, vector graphic add ons.
- If requests for customization are greater than minor changes and require new creations of images and graphics we will message to let you know and direct you to purchase our Graphic Design listing add-on. You will then have the choice to continue or cancel and refund your order.
- We strive to accommodate most requests and the Graphic Design Add-On is for the more intensive and time consuming requests of Graphic creations when one is not supplied.

Will your magnetic car magnets stick to all vehicles?
No, there are a few specific cars and trucks magnetics will simply not stick to (ie corvettes) due to there being no metal, or low amounts of metal in the doors. There are also situations where there has been work done on the car, bondo or other automotive body repair items, that will make the door no longer magnetic receivable. However, there is a simple way to check if your car door will accept a magnetic. Simply get a magnet that you are certain sticks to something metal (IE your refrigerator) and check if it will stick to your door. Please take care not to scratch your car with this magnet.

How does the fast shipping work and why is it so expensive?
Thru FEDEX, PUROLATOR or CANADA POST we offer faster than normal shipping that by their means they offer a 2-4 day (typically 2-3) guarantee with tracking. Unfortunately the cost to ship an item just from Canada to the US, envelope is $63 under 100g (9x12). We do not profit on shipping, we align our costs very tightly to the actual shipping costs. Any overage in costs we cover. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs (rare on evelopes). At times, standard shipping world wide is usually within 7 business days so it will be up to you to decide if the additional rush costs are worth it, and if you do, we do our best to get it in the courier hands as quickly as possible to help achieve the results.
Payment
CREEKTEE accepts payments via etsy direct checkout and PayPal only.
Packages are not shipped until payment is received.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy Etsy allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of payment (longer shipping times may be possible during sales).
No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out.
