Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If the buyer are not satisfied with their purchase, the buyer can exchange the items. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping charges. The product should be unused by buyer. Refund will be sent upon receiving the merchandise only if it arrives in its original condition and packing.

The buyer must contact us within 3 days of items arriving time if you wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Payment
** Full Payment must be made when the buyer clicked "check out".

** We accept PAYPAL, E-Transfer, or CASH (if the buyer live in Vancouver BC Canada, we will arrange a best place and time with the buyer to pick up the order).

** Please send us an email, if the buyer would like to pick up in person.
Delivery
The buyer has to pay for the shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any damages during shipment. We do shipping to Canada, USA, or International. Basically there are three delivery methods, Standard, Express, and Express Air. Of cause the lower the shipping fee, the slower the delivery.

If the buyer require a different type of shipping please let us know and it can be done for an additional cost.

We will let the buyer know after we shipped the item. It might be slow sometimes, it varies in each country.
