¡Jubilado y amándolo!
Retired and Loving It!
Nos jubilamos en 2014 y nos mudamos de Indiana a Massachusetts. Todos los días es una aventura aquí en Cape Cod. A mi esposa y a mí nos encanta caminar por nuestras hermosas playas explorando aves raras. A menudo viajamos hasta el Wellfleet Audubon Wildlife Center o Race Point cerca de Provincetown para ver lo que las estaciones nos han traído. ¡Nunca se sabe cuándo una ballena franca o jorobada saldrá de las olas frente a nosotros!
Cuando no estamos explorando el Cabo, estoy ocupado en mi taller de tallado y pintura. Mi inspiración para mi trabajo proviene de mi amor por las aves silvestres. Es una alegría ver a los pájaros azules volar a sus crías en nuestras casas de anidación o ver a los colibríes de garganta rubí caer en nuestro jardín.

We retired in 2014 and moved from Indiana to Massachusetts. Everyday is an adventure here on Cape Cod. My wife and I love to walk along our beautiful beaches exploring for rare birds. We often travel up to the Wellfleet Audubon Wildlife Center or Race Point near Provincetown to see what the seasons have brought in to us. You never know when a Right Whale or Humpback will breach from the surf in front of us!
When we're not exploring the Cape, I am busy in my workshop carving and painting. My inspiration for my work stems from my love of wild birds . It is a joy to watch the bluebirds fledge their young in our nesting houses or watch the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds drop into our garden.
