I’m so excited to give this to my son for his birthday. There was an issue with the post for losing the package but when I contacted the shop a new one was promptly sent. The quality is amazing.

Towel is absolutely adorable! Quality work! There was a significant delay in shipping due to an unexpected family issue, and communication could have been better. Happy to receive it and sorry there were such challenges for their family.

initially was upset as I purchased the end of June and hadn’t received it. But when I contacted her she agreed to make a new one as the post office must have lost the package. Quality work and I am so excited for my daughter to use the towel! Thanks for your hard work during a difficult family time

The towel is thick and soft. Stitching is tight on the font. Well made and the decal doesn’t collect lint because of the material. Thank you for making a great product!

The bunny is cute, was supposed to be here on April 2nd..did not receive until April 5th, after Easter.

Returns and exchange details
From Nov 15th to Dec 15th I do not accept cancellation so I can get your orders out as fast as possible and have your item/items to you in time for Christmas. We are closed from Dec 15th-Jan 2nd. Thanks
I will accept returns on a case-by-case basis due to the custom nature of some of my items, however to receive a refund you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item (via e-mail or Etsy) and it must be in original condition.
If there is a problem with your item, if it was damaged during shipping, or it was incorrectly represented in my listing, please send me a picture to show said damage. If one of the reasons above is shown I will give a full refund including shipping costs or offer to ship a
replacement at no cost to you.
If your are returning on item for a reason other then stated above I have the right to refuse a return or only return the amount of the item.
For most items I can also offer an exchange, so please let me know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
I ship to the address you have on file with Etsy, so please make sure your address is current or send me a message to confirm where you want your items shipped. I'm also happy to ship directly to someone else if it's a gift, just send me a message or leave a "note to seller".
I am not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned, I will contact you through Etsy's messaging system and you to get the correct address and new payment for shipping.
You will be notified via e-mail when your item ships and the e-mail will contain tracking information (delivery confirmation) for US customers.
Sometimes shipping companies can have unexpected delays or even lose a package and although there is nothing I can do to prevent this from happening, and I can not be held responsible if the post office loses/delays your package, it is my number one goal to make sure you receive your package and you're happy so please contact me if you think your package might be lost or delayed.
