PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how Celestial Divina (based in Croatia, contact through Etsy messages) uses the personal data you share when you order from this shop.

WHAT I COLLECT
• The details Etsy passes to me with your order: your name, your Etsy username, the email address linked to your order and the content of your messages.
• The birth details you send for your reading or poster: name, date, time and place of birth.

WHY I USE THEM (LEGAL BASIS)
• To prepare and deliver what you ordered, answer your messages and fix any problem with your order (performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the records required by tax and accounting law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
I never use your data for advertising, I never send you unsolicited messages and I never sell your data.

WHO SEES THEM
• Etsy, which runs the marketplace and payments under its own privacy policy.
• The online services I use to prepare your files: the software that calculates your chart and the writing tools that help me draft the text of your reading. They process your data only to deliver your order. Some of them may be located outside the EU; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

HOW LONG I KEEP THEM
I keep your birth details and your files for up to 12 months after delivery, so that I can correct or resend them if you need, and then I delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Just send me a message on Etsy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Croatia this is AZOP, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
