I do not accept returns. I will accept exchanges if returned to me within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted on NON CUSTOM items*. Custom means if the text or character stamps were changed on a stock item, typically but not limited to date, name, coordinate bracelets, dog tags, keychains.

In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping cost of the new item. New items are sent out after the first item has been returned back to me.

*I do not accept exchanges on pierced earrings under any circumstances for hygenic reasons.

Cancellation policy:
I accept cancellations anytime within 12 hours of ordering.

SHIPPING:

Canada standard shipping is Registered Letter, tracking available but is not as fast as xpresspost. For a quote please message with your postal code.

United States standard shipping is Tracked Parcel.
Upgrades are still available, at an additional cost, at checkout.

PLEASE keep in mind that both Canada Post and the USPS are NOT guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.

Delays due to Customs, Acts of Nature, and Pandemics are 100% out of my control.

I try to accurately display the colors in my items using natural light. However some monitors and cell phones may slightly distort the colors. If you are not sure what color an item in my shop please message and ask!

Earrings - lead and nickel free
Aluminum - food safe, cannot tarnish
Waxed cotton - do not get it wet
Nylon - water resistant, hand sanitizer will cause fading
Waxed polyester - water proof

All my items are made in a smoke free home by a non-smoker.
Allergen alert - we have cats.

Aluminum is a great metal for jewelry as it will not tarnish and is very lightweight.

Each item will look slightly different, this is one of the many wonderful things about hand stamping. Please expect your order to have a little "character"

Please message me ahead of ordering, or leave very clear (you cannot be too clear) instructions in the Note to Seller section at checkout.

If I have any questions about your order I will be in touch within the first 12 hours after you place your order - Please watch for messages from me through Etsy - If my message through Etsy is not responded to within 24 hours I will then email you through the email Etsy has on file for you. After that, if I do not get a response I will either make a decision on your order myself or refund and cancel depending on the issue.

Usually, if I reach out it is because too much text has been requested for a stamped piece and I need to change the layout or size of the item to accomodate it.

Option A: pay the postage both ways and I will resize it for free.

Option B: order a new bracelet at 50% off (message me for details)

I only answer messages about your order via Etsy messenger. All messages sent via email, instagram, or facebook will not be seen or answered.
If I have a question about your order:
I will message via Etsy Messenger within the first 12 hours after you order.
During peak times (like Christmas, Mother's Day, any major holiday): If I do not receive a response within the first 48 hours, I issue one last message with a warning that if I do not receive a response within 24 hours the order will be refunded and cancelled.
The rest of the time I will extend processing time once before refunding and cancelling the order.
