First came love, then came marriage, then came ... an Etsy shop!

After getting engaged in April 2012, I spent the next 1.5 years planning a very detailed DIY wedding for my husband and I . I have always been a very detail oriented person, leading me to a career as a Laboratory Technologist. But the detailed work involved in my day job does not allow for the creativity that I also crave.

Our wedding day was perfect and we got rave reviews. My guests were particularly impressed with the small details that I thought no one else but me would notice. I had made personalized wine charms as favors and I had guests asking if I could make them some as gifts for dinner parties.

Planning a wedding without knowing about Etsy is nearly impossible in this day, so I knew that Etsy would be the perfect place for me to start up my business. I love hearing about all the different ways in which people have used my creations and am so happy that I decided to take my hobby one step further.

I hope you are completely satisfied with your items but if for whatever reason you are not, please contact me and we can come to an arrangement.

Shipping fees will not be reembursed.
Payment
Please note lead times on listing. I am often quicker, but I can not guarantee faster than the noted processing time unless we have previously arranged a rush order. Personalized items will be created once payment has been cleared. If payment is not received within 14 days of ordering, order will be cancelled unless we have made special arrangements.
Shipping
Please note that items are being shipped from CANADA and all shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on shipping location and customs clearance.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CURRENT AND CORRECT. I am not responsible for mis-delivered parcels due to address errors and I use the address that is entered through Etsy.

My regular shipping methods to the USA are:
If shipping fees are $14 USD or more, I use Tracked Packet US (4-10 Business Days)

For wine charm orders of less than 20: **Light Packet USA (4-10 Business Days) or
**Small Packet USA Air (5-10 Business Days)
**Please note - these methods do not have tracking. If you require tracking or Rush shipping , please contact me prior to ordering. Xpress shipping to the USA takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping within Canada:
I use Expedited parcel, which includes tracking and takes 2-9 business days.

Delivery method for most other locations is via small packet air international and is roughly 6-14 business days.

Once it leaves my shop, it is in the hands of the Canada Post or USPS. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages; however, I will try my best to help you find your parcel and get it to you in time.

Any customs duties and/or fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. To find out exemption limits, please contact your country's Customs office.
