This is a beautiful knife set. The knives are well balanced, carefully crafted, and well designed. I am very happy with this purchase. The seller was wonderful to deal with and I was so pleased to learn that we live in the same community. These knives are on display in my kitchen using the clever haning system/case that was included so we can access them easily and keep them securely stored at the same time.

These knives are absolutely amazing. The handles are beautiful both in design and quality. The blades are centred beautifully making it easy to use the knives. The carrying case is simple yet stunning. I got these for camping knives for our daughter. In her own words….not bloody likely …these are for every day.

This set exceeded my expectations but most importantly, my husbands’! It was a gift for him. He collects knives and loves to cook. The Knives dice, chop and slice better than our Wusteöf set! Knives were everything I expected. Philippe was great to work with and delivered a work of art in rapid fashion. For those used to large handled German knives these are not that type. Knives are razor sharp and very light. For artistry as much as function I highly recommend these knives.
