Complimentary tracking is complimentary for countries covered by the postal companies, USPS (US) and Ascendia (International). Shipping within Canada will be fulfilled by Canada Post (non-tracked). In the case that the region where you live is not covered by the above services, these deliveries will be fulfilled through Canada Post (air mail; tracked/non-tracked).

Our store will not responsible for any packages lost as long as we are able to produce proof of shipment where the postal company had received our package, and we had made no mistakes in the mailing address. If customers do not pick up their package for any reason and it is returned, please note that postal facility receives and destroys it; we do not receive returns.

Cancellations are possible before your order is shipped out. Once we receive confirmation that your package has arrived at the postal center, we consider the transaction fulfilled on our part. All sales are final. Request for refunds, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

We define pins for our regular sales to be near perfect at arm's length with small to no blemishes. As enamel pins are hand-crafted items, it is impossible for them to be perfect. Rest assured that if you're buying this grade that your pin has already been highly curated against others within the batch. If you're intent on getting a 'collector's grade' item, please be aware we provide no such guarantees, but you are free to pursue your imperative through any means as people do with Pokemon cards.
