5 out of 5 starsThese strap pads are much better than the plain straps. They add extra comfort and make carrying my purse a lot more comfortable. My only wish is a longer version. These are a little too short and tend to slide around. Overall, I'm happy with them.

5 out of 5 starsThe adjustable length is convenient because I can wear the bag comfortably on my shoulder or shorten it when I want to carry it by hand. The strap feels sturdy without being stiff, and it became more comfortable after a few days of use. The metal hardware also impressed me. The finish looks polished and matches the rest of my bag nicely, so it doesn't stand out as an obvious replacement. The clips attach securely and have stayed in place without any issues.
