Returns and exchanges
The letterpress printing by nature produces items with slight variations in colour, registration, etc. Each item is manually fed to the press, in some cases several times. You get a handcrafted piece with the charm of one of a kind. Please be aware that colours also vary from monitor to monitor.
Nevertheless, we want you happy with your item, so if it doesn’t feel right, contact us and we will work it out.
In the rare circumstance that a package needs to be returned, you would be responsible for the return cost.
Please note that wedding invitations and personalized items made to order are final once shipped. In the process of preparing your order you get a proof, we discuss all the details to make sure everything is just as you’d love it before the item goes to the press.

If you pay by check your item will be shipped after your payment is cleared.

If you’d prefer a different shipping method, insurance, confirmation delivery, or other services, please contact us for prices.
