I had been searching for something exactly like this for a while, and this was the only piece that matched what I had in mind. It fits perfectly in my helix piercing, but if my cartilage had been any thicker it wouldn’t have fit. I’ve worn it daily for the past few months and never take it off, and the quality has really held up with constant wear. Custom and Personalized Orders
We love creating new pieces! Please send us a direct message on Etsy with your ideas and any reference pictures you have in mind. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with the details and a quote. Before we begin production, we’ll share a 3D rendered image along with the measurements for your approval.
Please note: Custom orders are non-refundable, as they are made specially for you.
Do You Have a Return and Exchange Policy?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all listed items. However, custom, engraved, or personalized orders are non-returnable, as they are specially made for you. If there’s any defect with your order, please let us know—we’ll work with you to make it right.
What is the processing and delivery time?
We usually take 8-11 business days to create your piece. Once shipped, delivery takes about 8–11 business days with economy shipping. For express shipping, please contact us. For custom orders, processing and delivery time will depend on the design.
Please note: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for its loss or theft.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Conditions of Return
To process a return, items must be sent back in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) intact. Returns with missing or damaged components, or items that show signs of use, wear, or scratches, will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
International Customs
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees associated with their purchase. We do not cover customs fees or duties for international returns—these are the buyer’s responsibility.
How Do You Choose the Diamond and Do You Provide an IGI Certificate?
Each diamond is hand-picked by our team and set by experienced craftsmen to ensure maximum sparkle and fire—100% guaranteed. We also provide an IGI certificate for diamonds 1 carat and above, detailing the diamond’s color, clarity, carat weight, and cut.

Yes, all our jewelry is 100% handmade. We believe handcrafted pieces carry a special charm and care that machine-made items simply can’t match.
