Attribution is not required for not-for-profit Personal Use but is always appreciated.

- Single-seat For-profit Small-Business Commercial Use (with artist credit) including but not limited to: use in ONE business social media account per platform, advertising within a local market, crafting, templates, documents, books, magazines, stationery, party favours, decor, wall art, signage, labels, packaging, website elements, marketing materials, posters, fliers, household goods, apparel, and accessories, to a maximum 500 digital or physical items for resale. Attribution IS required for Small-Business Commercial Use.

- Single-seat Not-for-profit Educational Use including but not limited to: use in ONE educational social media account per platform, online and physical course materials, website elements, classroom provision, signage, decor, stationery, graphics, apparel, accessories, templates, books, magazines, documents, posters, fliers, calendars, planners, crafting, art projects, and wall art. Attribution is not required for not-for-profit Educational Use but is always appreciated.

- For digital items artwork must NOT be extractable from digital items and must be flattened in file. Digital and physical items for resale must incorporate artwork into a new design.

SINGLE-SEAT DEFINITION: Single user of the digital image file(s), often the original purchaser. If there is more than one person working with the image files purchase of an Extended, or Extended Commercial License is required.

NOT ALLOWED - ARTWORK MAY NOT BE USED:

- as primary element(s) for logo creation (this is royalty-free artwork and as with all royalty-free artwork will not pass a trademark test should you wish to register a logo that incorporates it)
- for print-on-demand and/or download-on-demand items
- in digital clipart sets and/or digital papers for resale
- in any way where digital artwork files may be extracted (elements must be flattened in file)
- as-is without being incorporated into a new design in products for resale
- in a derogatory, defamatory, negative or obscene manner
- in any way that directly competes with the original digital asset

Artwork may NOT be shared, re-sold, or given away for free, and may not be claimed as your own.
