    Matt Jenkins is an award-winning Manitoba blacksmith who has received an Honourable Mention in the 2009 World Forging Championships in Italy. Matt instructs blacksmithing across North America. Custom design and work available upon request.

    Owner

    Rudy was introduced to blacksmithing in 1999 by a friend, she then went on to hone her skils at the John C. Campbell Folk School in North Carolina. She is continuously amazed at the plasticity of hot metal and its ability to take on any form.

Returns and exchanges
We stand behind our products 100%, if there is a problem please contact us to make arrangements for a return. We ask that items be shipped with a tracking number within 10 days from the time you receive them. Upon our receipt of the items the buyer will be refunded. Please note that the refunded amount will not include shipping costs and the costumer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items will not be refunded if not returned within 20 days of notification. Custom or personalized items may not be returned.

For costumers living outside Canada, please do not ship via courier. Cloverdale will not be responsible for any customs or duties at the border.

USPS air and International Air are reliable services. Ground is fine within Canada.


Cloverdale Forge's refund policy is not valid on personalized or custom orders.

Thanks for your understanding our policies. As a small company, we cannot match the return policies of big box sellers, but we will do everything we can to resolve any issues that arise.
Payment
Cloverdale Forge accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Etsy Gift Cards. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase unless you contact me to make other arrangements.

Items will be shipped out within 3 days of payment being successfully processed. If you choose to cancel your purchase before item is shipped than I will reverse the sale.

Custom orders will not be started until payment is received.
Shipping
Cloverdale Forge is based in and ships from Canada.

Unless a holiday or a custom order is involved, all items will be shipped in one to five business days once payment has been received. In the case of personalized or custom items, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date.

All Cloverdale Forge purchases are shipped using Canada Post. If the buyer is located in Canada most packages should arrive within two weeks. If you are located in the United States items can take up to six weeks to arrive. All shipments include a tracking number. That number will be sent to you for you to use when trying to locate the location of your package.

Please be aware that out of Canada shipments may incur duties or taxes on items at the boarder of your country. These costs are the customer's responsibility. Cloverdale does not reimburse for any fees, duties, taxes, or other charges made by your country on our products.

Cloverdale Forge is not responsible if your order is lost in the mail.

It is our pleasure to combine shipping costs for more than one item.

We do our best to ship in a timely manner. However once orders are in the mail it is beyond our control to when they arrive. Please allow enough time for purchases to arrive for the intended occasion. However if you are as busy like the rest of us, and you need that item rush ordered, please let us know and we will see about a shipping upgrade.

All custom orders require a deposit to be submitted prior to work being started. Once work is completed, you will be notified to pay the balance and your item will be shipped.
