Engraving is clear and packed nicely when i received it.
Due to pandemic, the mail was late but carol was very prompt with my enquiry and even followed up with post office. THANK YOU SO MUCH! me and my cat love it! :) -

Cml Custom Treasures is required to complete a customs declaration form for all International packages which include value, origin, and a description of goods. I will do my best to label packages to reduce or eliminate this, however, if your order is being shipped outside CANADA, your package may be subject to duty and/or taxes at the rate appropriated for that country and you are responsible for these additional costs.
