1 out of 5 starsI ordered a painting and when my package arrived (late) it did not contain the item I ordered. When i contacted the shop the owner was incredibly rude and hostile. She had an attitude and tried to belittle me and insult my intelligence and also insult other artists. I am getting a refund from the bank directly because this shop doesn’t understand how to do customer service or run an honest business. 0/10 would recommend.
