I messaged them and requested the gifts in time for the holiday and they were so kind. They did more than deliver! The tees arrived two whole day before the holiday! Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it is the wrong size you ordered. In other words, if it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has any of these characteristics.
If you are unsure of which size would fit you best, please refer to our size chart. We have one for each item. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom.
Can I change my address?
You can make changes to your address up to 2 hours after making the purchase.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
We take between 2-5 days (on average 3) to produce and ship the products. Then you must add the shipping times (5-7 business days) on top of that, which is the average time for it to reach your hands.
