My jewellery pieces are gift ready. You can include a private message for the receiver. If you are not sure which size to buy, please let them know that the item size can be adjusted free of charge.

My bracelet is too long / short.

Please post it back to me and I will adjust the length.

The service is free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible for the postage cost.

Are the gemstones natural?

I work only with real natural gemstones.

What materials do you use?

9ct. Solid Gold, 14ct. Solid Gold and 925 Sterling Silver or Argentium Silver

9ct. and 14ct. Gold: doesn't tarnish, lasts forever.

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is an incredibly durable material, this quality makes it an ideal choice for jewelry that will be worn daily. It is hypoallergenic and affordable. May oxidise over time but it is very easy to clean.

Argentium Silver: a new generation of silver alloys. It was developed specifically to combat the tarnish that occurs as silver oxidises when it comes into contact with air.

The main difference between Argentium and sterling silver is their composition. Argentium, contains a greater amount of pure silver.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are send gift ready!

My shop is environment friendly, therefore I am trying to prevent the use of single use packaging.

All items are send in a small velvet pouch which can be used for life to store your pieces.

I also include a small card which contains the jewellery materials used, gemstone name and a gift message.

Delays

Please be aware that postal companies often work with reduced staff and there are occasional strike actions which may lead to disruptions.

Please place your orders well in advance as delays in delivering is highly possible and unfortunately it is out of my control.
