Custom and personalized orders
We offer any kinds of custom or personalized orders, feel free to ask for any item with any adjustment or anything else you want me to make.
DO YOU OFFER A LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN?
We offer up to 6-month Layaway plans with without interest.
Please note:
1. Your pieces will not be shipped until final payment has cleared.
2. NO Cancellations for custom orders once production begins.
3. We will hold your layaway item for a period UP to six months.
4. The minimum per payment will be $100.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is very important to us! NON CUSTOM items can be returned within 30 days less a restocking fee of $100 for each ring. Because all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, we are not able to issue full refunds.
1. Contact me for approval before your return and instructions.
2. Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, Including eternity, engraved items and Plus size rings.
3. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns require a Return Tracking Number

We offer a rush upgrade to make your order faster. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. and there is also a rush order fee of $70 and I will have to check my schedule for the timeframe. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

Handmade in my American studio，The making process is about 2-3 weeks.
Us domestic shipping time: 3-5 days
International shipping time: 5-12 days for most destinations, excluding customs delays. Usually the item arrives sooner
