Canada Post has done quite well in catching up to their overload.
We want to take this moment to inform you that your plants and merchandise will still be sent expedited. **** Please make sure you have upgraded your shipping to the appropriate province you live in so your item will ship. For some items you may not need to upgrade. ( ie. Airplants) We always refund shipping overages to Provinces outside of Ontario*****
Due to Covid 19 and the Christmas season Canada Post and other postal services have delays beyond their control. Please be aware that there may be delays so please be patient with their services.
To increase the likelihood of your plants making the trip it’s trip to you this winter, please feel free to add to your cart a package of the 72 hour heat pack. Please be aware this is an additional purchase.
In the event that we are still having cold spells, your plants may need to be picked up at the post office to ensure it’s safe arrival.

All of our concrete products are truly handmade and one of a kind. No two are ever the same. We may try and replicate colours and shades, however there will be variances. The beauty of handmade are the imperfections that make them unique.

All plants sold alone or with the products will be your responsibility once it has left our hands. Unfortunately we have no control over the postal services or how you care for them. Plants are sent bare rooted, to save you the shipping costs. We will include with all packages, instructions on how to care for your plant.

PLANTS SOLD will only be shipped WITHIN Canada. Unfortunately we cannot ship plants across the border or abroad internationally as it is against Border Regulations.

We are now including one 2.5" plant with every concrete pot over $20 bought Canada Wide!
For our American and International customers unfortunately we cannot include the plant due to border regulations plant products cannot cross the borders. Instead your account will be credited $2 for every pot over $20!
This will not apply towards bulk or already reduced/ discounted packages.
