About

In 2000 Annabelle Nicole studied in School of Fine Arts, 3 years in stained glass technic. In 2006 she created the Workshop alenverre she participated in the Salon des Métiers d'Art of Montreal and One Of a Kind Show in Toronto, she exhibits her glass creations: stained glass, boxes, mirrors, jewelry ... From 2010, unable to work lead for a while, Annabelle decides to make sewing and resumed painting she abandoned for too long. In 2013 Picoti born in his head and the company was officially launched in 2014.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days from receipt to be able to return a product.
You must obtain my authorization before returning the item. No penalty fees will apply, except for the return costs. I agree to exchange or refund upon receipt of your returned items in good condition and not later than thirty days from the date on which this right was exercised. Returns are at your expense, unless the product delivered does not match your original order.

If you have not receiv your package after 30 business days, please contact me. After 30 business days only, it is considered as lost.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns, I reserve the right to refuse a subsequent order.

If the item has arrived in bad condition, take a picture and contact me as soon as possible to find an arrangement.

Please do not hesitate to ask me questions before buying.
Payment
I accept credit card and paypal. Items are shipped 1-3 business days.
Shipping
Items are shipped 1-3 business days after paiement with canada post.

Shipping from Canada from monday to friday. If your country does not appear for shipping contact me.
Delivery delays are about 5-12 days for Canada, 8-15 days for United-States and 4-10 weeks for other countries. These deadlines are approximate and do not take into account the elements beyond my control (strike, natural disaster etc ...) For Canada, package is consider as lost after 30 business days.

You are responsible for any costs, taxes that your country may require you to receive the package, such as customs fees.

If the address is incorrect and the parcel returns to me, it is up to you to pay the shipping costs so that I return the package. Please check the shipping address and send me a message as soon as possible so that I change the address if the parcel is not gone yet.

Delivery costs include delivery and maintenance. In the event of a refund for excessive delivery fees, maintenance fees are not refund. Thank you for your understanding.
