1 out of 5 starsI am so disappointed. The box was broken, the lamp was bent and one of the sides was broken as well. The picture on the lamp was nothing more than a cheap decal. This is the worst gift I have ever purchased and I will never do it again. I am embarrassed to give this to anyone--which I can't.

Item purchased on April 25th. Buyer left review saying item wasn't received on May 1st - which was only 5 business days from purchase date. Our listings state that items take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. Item was received by the buyer on May 6th along with a FULL refund of the purchase because of the shipping delay. That means it arrived within 7 business days. There absolutely WAS a delay in shipping on our end. The item arrived later than we had hoped or planned. But to say the item was never received is untruthful and we are disappointed this review wasn't amended. There is not one single customer who has purchased an item from us and not received the item they purchased.
