5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, when I received this gorgeous crown, it had one of the top Swarovski Crystals broken off in the box. Thankfully, the customer service from Deb was unbelievable. You don’t see this kind of customer service these days. She was the BEST!!! She immediately fixed the issue and I sent the other one back and received a different higher quality tiara and without any additional cost charged to me. The one we had originally ordered was no longer available, so she compensated me for all my troubles by sending me the Westmount tiara. Totally the best customer service. Plus the new one is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Thank you Deb.

The truck was running slower than normal so I didn’t know where my tiara was for several days and was worried I wouldn’t get it in time for Taylor swift concert. The owner was super nice and said she would help me track it, but then it showed up in my city the next day. It is incredibly well crafted and comes with a velvet bag to keep it safe in. I’m sooooo happy with m purchase!
