I never received this item and after many conversations with the seller I requested a full refund.

I cannot say enough about Amanda and the service she provided. I ordered this hoodie for my son's graduation and specified a date needed by. Amanda quickly advised that her current suppliers couldn't meet the date so she sourced a new supplier and was able to get the product produced AND shipped to me arriving well in time.
