We don't offer returns and exchange due to perishable condition of the organic material used in the play kit. Personalized Wooden Cut out are made specially for you, no one else can use them.

It is not my responsibility that your parcel was DELAYED in Transit due to Aust Post Issues or Package Theft

If the package is going to a REGIONAL area, shipping is a bit more expensive than shipping calculated at checkout and could take a while for you to receive.

If your purchase arrives damaged please get in touch with me ASAP with photos of the damaged product. I offer replacements or refunds for anything that is damaged in transit as long as photo evidence is provided at time of delivery.

Please be aware I do not offer refunds for change of mind or for any damage that occurs due to user error.

I do not include receipt in your order as these are Gift Boxes. So you don't have to worry about the recipient getting it but Please let me know if you want them to be sent to you on ETSY messages or to your email.

They have 4 to 5 weeks shelf life if instructions are followed for storage.
If you miss it, it will be taken to a Collection Point and you will have to collect it.
It is your responsible to collect it before it's expired.
It will sit at the designated Aust Post Collection Point for 4 weeks. If not collected, it will be returned.
You will only get a refund for the paint palette which costs $1.50 each and sprinkle pot for 0.50c each.
The cookies are gone at this point as it's already been sitting at their office for 4 weeks + transit 7 days equals 5 weeks. It is going straight in the bin.
If you ask for a re-send you will have to pay for another shipping and the cookies minus paint palette and sprinkle pot cost.

The items do not need a Signature so it will be left at a safe place to do so, if Posties cannot find a safe place it will taken to the Aust Post Collection Point and it is your responsibility to collect it in 4 weeks or will be sent to me.
If failed to collect and you want to re-send, you will have to pay for another shipping. If you want a refund, you will only get a refund for the paint pots and paint brush which is $1 as I cannot re-sell customised items as it was made specifically for you.
