What type of printing method do you use?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, we use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, bags, and hats. This method ensures vibrant colors, durability, and a soft feel.
If the product has a defective or incorrect print, do you offer a refund or replacement?
Yes. If the issue was caused by our production process (such as a defective print or incorrect personalization), we will either reproduce the product at no cost or, if you prefer, issue a full refund instead of a replacement.
If I don’t like the color or size I received, can I get a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, we can only provide compensation for errors that are our responsibility. We recommend carefully reviewing size charts, color charts, and product details before placing your order to ensure the best fit and choice.
Where are the products made and shipped from?
All items are printed and fulfilled in Dallas, Texas, and shipped directly from there.
Custom and personalized orders
We ship via USPS Standard Shipping. If you prefer expedited shipping, we offer this option for the relevant products. For an additional fee, we can ship using USPS Expedited service. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten the production time; it only reduces the shipping time.
What should I do if my product has a manufacturing defect?
Please send us a message with clear photos showing the issue. Once we review the situation, we’ll work with you to provide the most suitable solution — either a replacement or a refund.
