Such a talented artist and the seller kept in contact throughout the whole process and replies to any questions were answered quickly. I would 100% recommend and will be purchasing again.

Are custom orders returnable?
Unfortunately these items are non returnable as they have been created especially for you, but if the item is received damaged in any way please contact me so I can rectify this for you.
Care instructions
Shoes, bags, purses and wallets can be washed using warm soapy water and a soft cloth, sponge or brush.
Denim jackets can be machine washed ideally at 30oc.
What are the items painted with?
All the items are painted with the best leather acrylic paints. Angelus and Alpha6. They are then sealed with a top coat which helps to enhance and protect your customised item against uv damage and every day wear and tear.
Is it waterproof?
One of the most common questions I get asked. The answer is yes. 👍🏻
The art work will be waterproof so will not run or get ruined in the rain. Splash in those puddles until your hearts content!
Are you able to work to a budget?
Of course I can. I’m more than happy to help create something unique to you that will fit within a budget.
If your ideal design though is above your preferred budget and not able to be paid in full up front, then this is also absolutely fine. A deposit must always be paid upfront but then the remaining amount can be paid once the item is complete or you can spread the payment out.
