1 out of 5 starsThis is a very poor file as it is massive and crashes the laser printer due to the thousands of tiny little paths. Would not buy again. No idea what customer service is like.

We're very sorry that our laser cutting template didn't work for you. We've checked all our files and found no errors. It's possible the user selected incorrect settings on their laser cutter, using the fast cutting mode instead of the engraving mode. If you encounter any issues with your files, you can always contact us via messaging on the ETSI platform.

I'm so sorry this buyer misread the terms and conditions on ETSY. They mistakenly thought they'd get a physical item for $5 instead of a DIGITAL one. A similar physical item costs $50 plus shipping. Please don't make the same mistake as this person. CAREFULLY read all the terms and conditions on the product card.
