Rich is the absolute best. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. He made me a custom inverse N23 Diffuser out of grey XPS, and worked with me to help me get exactly what I needed depth wise, and the diffuser was exactly what I had hoped for. You can tell he puts a lot of care to ensure the well depths are precise and correct and the overall craftsmanship is arguably the best I've seen in acoustic products—and I've bought many. He also kept me up to speed on the progress, and was a pleasure to interact with. And don't even get me started on the immediately noticeable impact it had in my studio room! Thank you Rich!

Great craftsman and overall good experience.

Packed sufficiently. Wood shapes were better than my previous kits from a different source. Tops appeared to be surfaced flat for consistency. All in all, it's better than most. Back board was a little thinner than others, but the shortest blocks were taller so it still had great integrity. Blocks appear to be tall enough for reasonable bandwidth. I'm pleased. I paint all of mine so that they match.
