What if my board warps or cracks is it guaranteed
All our products are guaranteed against flaws in workmanship and materials.
However boards that warp or crack are not eligible for replacement. This is mainly because we have no way of knowing how the board was maintained such as humidity, water, cleaning and oiling etc. All these things can cause cracking or warping. It's just the nature of wood.
