This art journey of mine did not all of sudden happen, it had a slow start.

Art has always been a passion of mine since the age of 5 but once I finished my Fine Art schooling back in 2006, I hit a wall and didn't create a single painting until 2012. During that break, I became interested in making jewelry and worked at a local bead store for a solid 5 years. The only medium I continued from school was photography. It wasn't until 2011 when major health risks occurred and my mind switched back to art. To keep the story short I painted 12 paintings, took thousands of photographs and drew hundreds of drawings all in the year of 2012. That is when I decided I wanted to be a professional Artist.

I have always had a love for nature, as many of us do. We all say nature inspires us and it should as it is incredibly beautiful. Plus we share this planet even though humans seem to "rule" it.

My work consists of the living organisms we live with every day. I find them incredibly significant and important to our lives. Specifically bees, as they are disappearing every day and if we don't change our ways or figure out how to stop them from dying, we are going to be facing a huge change in our lifestyles! Watch the documentary "Vanishing of the Bees". It is a must see film and it will educate you on the issue. Not only are bees disappearing, but all pollinators are in trouble.

I have a love for all creatures, big and small. I feel that every living thing has a story and I strive to share their tale as well as their beauty through my photographs, paintings and illustrations.

To all the people out there who care about this planet, who care about the animals, insects, foliage, oceans and so on, thank you. We are all doing our part and trying to do our best in helping where we live. It only takes one person to change their ways and everyone will follow!
