Deep Fantasies only does ‘guided custom’ made-to-order products. This means that our customers can choose their toy, colour combo, and style of pour. But remember that our toys are artisan, and we are hand making each one. ‘Guided Custom’ means that we will do our best, and that the buyer accepts that the item may not turn out ‘exactly’ as imagined.
Also, colour science is a fickle thing and how a colour looks on a screen may in fact turn out quite different in person.

NOTE: Due to the increased Administration time we may not combine orders if customers make multiple at separate times. Your products will be completed and shipped in order of receipt. This helps us put more time into production.

- avoid abrasive or 'anti bacterial' cleaners
-Clean before and after every use.
-Only use non-silicone based lubricants.
-Do not use latex condoms on silicone toys.

Can I request alterations to already listed items?
DF does take on custom projects, depending on the request and availability of time. There are FEES involved in customization, please reach out prior to ordering.
My order doesnt look like the picture
Every toy we make is hand poured and therefore each one is unique so there may be some slight variations from the items listing details. We strive to make sure each and every toy is the best product we can offer.
Production time?
Deep Fantasies is a small team, and we strive to complete every custom made to order item in a timely manner. We fulfill in the order of receipt, and our production time prior to shipping is 3-5weeks. After which orders are packaged, and shipped.
I haven’t received my order yet, but it was shipped.
Once orders leave the hands of Deep Fantasies with one of the shipping providers, we no longer have control of the order.
If you have not received your order, please check your tracking details (we have the same tracking info as you). You can also reach out to the shipping provider for further information.

Is the packaging Discreet?
Yes! As much as possible!
We ship all items in unmarked brown boxes from DF Inc. We do not include the full shop name on the exterior of the package. For orders outside of Canada we have to include a contents description by law, and the description has to meet specific criteria. For this we label contents as “silicone sculpture”. We will not alter labels, contents description, or misrepresent value at any time.
