When will my order ship?
•Production time is 1-3 business days. I try to ship faster, but sometimes it's not possible. Production time can be longer during holiday seasons.
How do you ship?
•Orders ship by US mail. Standard shipping is First Class or you can select an upgrade on the checkout page.
What is your return policy?
• If you would like to return, please contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the package. Please note, some items are not returnable, please check first if your items are eligible for return.
• We will not issue a refund for items returned without notice.
• All items must be in their original condition/undamaged/unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to refund if items show any signs of use.
• Item(s) must be returned within 21 days upon receiving.
