If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then compare the measurement to a ruler.

BANGLES must be able to slip over your hand knuckles. In order to get the right size, measure your hand IN INCHES following these instructions:
1- Straighten your fingers and tuck in your thumb as though you are going to stick your hand in a jar (see picture provided).
2- Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around the widest part of your hand (the knuckles). This is your size.

CLASP BRACELET have a clasp and allows for snugger fit around the wrist.
Measure around your wrist IN INCHES where you would like the bracelet to sit and add a 1/2 inch. This is your size. Add 1 inch if you prefer a looser fitting bracelet.

Contrary to popular beliefs, guitar strings, electric bass guitar strings, piano strings, etc. DO NOT pull on your arm hairs.

Therefore bracelets made from these materials make great gifts for men.

Each string that is used in the creation of our beautiful handmade jewelry and other item, is carefully cleaned through a thorough 3 step process.

Do Re Mi Bracelets etc. prides itself in our attention to details and this includes the cleanliness of the materials used.

We recommend keeping your jewelry dry. Avoid allowing it to be wet for an extended amount of time. If your jewelry does get wet, dry it off immediately.

Also, try to avoid exposure to lotion or perfumes.

It is recommended that you store your jewelry in a sealed container with a few grains of rice to avoid tarnish and rust. Use your favorite jewelry cleaner as needed. As needed, you may also buff your silver coloured jewelry with a silver cleaning cloth.

With proper care your jewelry should last for years.

The guitar and other strings used in our creations are made of bronze, phosphor bronze, steel, nickel, and other metals. Do not purchase jewelry if you are allergic to any type of metal.

I cannot and DO NOT guarantee any sort of purity of the metals because of the nature of the strings being recycled.

Please note the available "colors" DO NOT necessarily accurately represent what type of metal your item may be. This happens most often with "steel/silver colored" items that may actually be nickel. It is your responsibility to be aware of this.
