I believe that customer service is the most important aspect to growing a responsible and successful business, so if you purchase a product from my store and you're not 100% happy with it, I promise to work with you to get there - whether it be a refund, exchange or modification!
I ship ALL physical orders via FedEx and provide tracking numbers ensuring your orders arrive within 5-7 business days in Canada/US. For international orders, please allow 5-10 business days.
✔ SHIPPING TIMES: I ship within 1-5 business days (depending on the item).
For digital products/downloads, you will receive an instant download that you can access immediately and indefinitely. For more custom requests beyond personlisation, I may require 1-2 weeks to ship certain products.
✔ SERVICE: I strive to provide exceptional customer service, and so I will work with you to make sure you love your purchase! For digital products, if you aren’t happy with your download, please let me know and I’ll work with you to resolve and find a solution that you'll be happy with!

I love to work with customers on customizations so please don't hesitate to contact me and we will work together to personalize your order. If you need specific sizes, printing tips beyond those that come with your download, or a color correction due to the function of your printer at home, I offer (1) FREE CUSTOMIZATION for each download you purchase.

⚘ While I am new to the Etsy platform, I have been the creative owner of Donata Delano Art for three years, and have built my creative art and lifestyle business via my website and clients. I am a professional painter and everything you see in my shop is designed and hand-painted by me, and made into physical prints, digital prints and art products and stationery. I believe in creativity as a way of life, a means to live beautifully and intentionally, and I want to share the various ways in which we can curate our daily lives and infuse it with art and beauty. My shop features artwork and products from original oil paintings, water-colours and soft pastels that I've painted. You are purchasing a print that I've painted, digitized and made available into a downloadable product. Each print is super luxurious, textural and a very high quality download. They are elegant and will look luxurious, regardless of the paper you use!
⚘ Donata Delano Art is rooted in the pretty little town of Burlington, Ontario. Last year though, my husband and our two little girls embarked on a personal adventure and we moved from our hometown of Toronto, Canada to Queretaro, Mexico for a gap-year. I took some time away from my Etsy shop to settle, integrate and refocus my attention in my business through teaching, selling originals in galleries and retailers and have now been fortunate enough to return my focus to building high quality, affordable art in my Etsy shop.
⚘ Each digital print is created by me - from paint to download! When you buy one of our physical or digital prints, you are receiving a unique product, sold only by me. Each artwork was originally painted by me, and digitized in my home studio. No other vendor or seller sells reproductions of my art.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
I will always do our best to accommodate your requests! I want you to love your product and will work with you to complete a return, exchange or alteration.
Do you send photos before you send digital items or ship physical items?
Due to the high volume of orders that I create and ship every day I are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.
We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @donatadelanoart.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
Yes, I do. Just contact me with your concerns!
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Donata Delano Art is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control however I will do my best to replace or help resolve your issue, that’s my promise.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
What is a mockup file?
A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva and other photo editing softwares. Our Mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive so you can easily just add your own designs on it. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. Mockup files are only provided on listings that indicate that a mockup file will be created, which is noted in the description. If you require a mockup file, there is a Mock Up File Fee listing in our shop, which needs to be added to the order.
For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.
What if I don't respond to my photo proof?
If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date. My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it? Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel order
