The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want you to love what you bought.
If you don't, you can return it within a week if it's in the same condition as received. You must pay for shipping.

You must email me first so I know you are returning the item.

I'll refund the funds but not the shipping costs.

I reserve the right to refuse your refund if you haven't met these simple criteria.
Please don't abuse my good will.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
No refunds for international buyers who refuse packages due to custom fees or any other reason.
Payment
I accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).


IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Material will only be sent after payment has cleared.


IN THE CASE OF NON-PAYMENT:
I will send an email to the customer. If no response within two days, I will send a reminder through convo or e-mail again. If no response from that, I will send a PayPal invoice ('request money' option). And if still no response, I will send a PayPal invoice reminder. If no contact is made after all that (approx 4-5 days), I will have no other choice but to leave negative feedback due to the situation.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
*International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.*

**Please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.**
Delivery
Once payment has cleared, all purchases are well packaged and shipped on the following Wednesday.

Please note: stock availability will be written in each item.

Also note that unless requested (and at an additional cost to the purchaser) there is no insurance on packages.

Packages are sent via Canada Post Ground.
Delivery can be anywhere from 3-5 days locally to a couple of weeks within Canada.

International packages may take several weeks via ground.

If packages need to be expedited and sent by courier, please convo me and I will get a rate from FedEx and advise.

FEDEX OPTION:
Please convo me and I will get the exact rate from FedEx and advise.
If you do decide to go with FedEx, I will send you a separate listing / invoice.
Once that is paid, I will send out the package and email the confirmation/tracking number.
