I am an independently published fiction author. I opened EMSA Publishing in 2015 with the aim of helping other authors get published. To do this, I offer services such as editing, book formatting, cover creation, and book distribution. I had a lot of down-time during COVID, and after knitting more sweaters than I could ever wear, I turned to knitting blankets. Again, I knit more blankets than my friends and family could ever use, but I kept on knitting blankets. I have also written several children's books, and crocheted stuffed versions of the characters in the book.

Flashforward to the start of the Christmas season, and I began doing face-to-face shows. In addition to selling my books, I also sell my blankets. You can read my books while cuddling with one of the characters and snuggling under a handknit blanket.

I recently retired after 25 years of teaching and have the privilege of working on my writing and publishing business full time. In addition, I continue to knit and crochet blankets and dolls.
