Welcome to Eight Hearts Designs.
As a Mother of 5(+1) children, I have spent plenty of time doing birth announcements, birthday party decorations and signs for my home and my family. I thought I could share some of the fun things I have made over the years with you, and customize them to suit you and your family's needs!

So, a very warm "Welcome" to my Shop. If you see something you like, let me know, if it's close to what you "like", let me know; I am sure we can get it to be exactly what you like. Even if you don't see exactly what you need, send me a link or an idea and we can work together to get something done.

Hi and welcome to Eight Hearts Designs. I take great pride in providing a positive experience for each customer that purchases from Eight Hearts Designs. Communication is very important for me so you will be informed about your order and messages will be replied to promptly.

All items in the EightHeartsDesigns shop are either made-to-order or available for instant-download.

Returns and exchanges
There is no refunds due to the digital nature of the product.
There are no refunds for Finished-Products, but replacement can be arranged in case of damage during shipping. In this case, please contact me, and have some photos that show the damage. However, I will work with you during the purchase of your item to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Delivery
The Buyer will be responsible for ALL Shipping costs.
In the case of a "Digital" item purchase, the Instant Download option will be seen, and used to download the purchased item. In a Digital Item, nothing will be shipped.

Additional Policies and FAQs...
1) All work shown, is created 100% by me. While I may take inspiration for a variety of sources or materials, I do-not and will-not "Trace" or otherwise digitally "copy" someone else's intellectual property.
2) I will not knowingly participate in helping to avoid payment to a Individual Designer or Commercial Design entity.
3) I retain ALL rights to anything digital that I create.
4) I extend to you, the "Right to Reproduce" my digital work on a FINAL Consumer product including (but not limited too): T-Shirt, Sweater, Mug, Hat, Canvas, Wood Base).
5) You do NOT have the Right to "resell" my work in Digital form, for any reason. Unless expressly permitted by EightHeartsDesigns.
6) In the case of a "Custom" digital project: Logo, Watermark, Facebook Logo, you are granted a "Free to Use" license, that permits you to freely Print, Copy, Send or Share the original files provided to you. You are further allowed to "transfer" ownership of said files, at your discretion. EightHeartsDesigns retains the "Right" to display and represent said work as that of EightHeartsDesigns.
7) In the case of a "Custom" Ad, you are given the "Right" to display this Ad on your own Webpages, Digital Store, Facebook Page or in Print as an Advertisement selling the Craft or Service represented on the Ad. EightHeartsDesigns retains ALL Rights-and-Permissions to us the Design, Layout and Custom artwork used "within" the Ad at the discretion of EightHeartsDesigns.
8) For all Finished Products, ownership of the item is transferred to you, and you can do with the item as you wish. However, I retain all Rights and Permissions to recreate, reproduce, market, advertise, sell or lend the design, detail, text, message, process or procedures associated with the Finished Product.
