I am originally from Newfoundland and living in Nova Scotia. I travel home to visit my family often and Newfoundland is where my heart belongs. I learned to knit when I was 12 and I have not put the needles down since. A few years ago I was gifted a beautiful skein of sock yarn and was instantly addicted to sock knitting. I gravitate to the luxury yarns and I have a collection of amazing Indie Dyed Yarns. A friend and I talked about dying yarn, she found a Hue Loco video tutorial and I dove in head first. I have been dying yarn since April 2017 and I enjoy learning new methods and techniques. Canada has a large fibre community which continues to grow and I am very proud to be a small part of this sisterhood and brotherhood.
