Our current production time is 2-3 weeks. Please read our shipping information carefully and check the etsy delivery estimate to make sure your order will arrive on time if it is needed for a specific event/holiday. Stay tuned for our new holidays collections coming early October.
We always do our best to ship pieces out as quickly as possible within the promised production time, but unfortunately, once an item is shipped, postal service delays are possible and are completely outside of our control. Standard shipping could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks so please shop as early as possible; we also offer express shipping options if needed. Thank you so much!

Hi Ashley, thank you so much for your feedback, we are so happy to hear that your are happy with this piece. We are intentionally very transparent with our production and estimated shipping timeframes and keep them as accurate as possible updating based on peak times of the year (2-3 weeks production time at the time of your order) to ensure that our customers can make a decision based on whether this works for them and/or upgrade to quicker shipping as needed. This piece was shipped within the promised timeframe and based on the tracking was actually delivered a week earlier than promised in the shipping estimates :) thank you so much once again and we hope you enjoy this special piece!

What is our policy regarding returns and exchanges?
As most items are made custom to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please do not hesitate contact us if you experience any issues with your order and we will do our best to assist. In the event that the item arrived damaged, please send us a message within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product and we would be happy to send out a free replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Most items in our shop qualify for free shipping across Canada. Items will be sent via lettermail through Canada Post and meaning they DO NOT include tracking.
Please note, postal services are currently experiencing large volumes and demands, so delivery delays may occur. While shipping within Canada is estimated to take 3-10 business days, this timing cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, Canada Post is not currently guaranteed shipping on express shipping either.
