Absolutely fantastic dress. The material is very soft and comfortable. It is becoming and wonderfully fit. Anna is very concerned about customer demands. I got reply to my messages in just a few hours and she did the best in sending the item. This was my best shopping experience :)

Absolutely a fantastic piece of work from the materials used to the cut and craftmanship. Measurements in the description were accurate and detailed enough to be extremely useful. Delivery was fast and dress came in a cute little bag. Would more than highly reccomend purchasing ElviraDesgin products. Store owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Payment

I currently only accept PayPal for payment. (Even if you don't have PayPal account, you can stil pay with your credit card. Just click the payment button and it will give you the optionof paying with a credit card without signing up for an account.)

If there is any problem, or delays of payment, just let me know.

Delivery

The item/items will be shipped once payment has cleared.
I ship to all countries, and will ship the item/items within 3 days (if possible, the day after) payment has cleared.

Be aware that air-mail does not include insurence. I am not responsible for lost, delayed,or damaged items after they are shipped, though I will make every effort to try and resolve the situation.

I can upgrade the shipping to a fast and safer service. Then there will be a change of shipping cost, but the item will be in your hands in much shorter time.

Additional policies and FAQs

Care instructions: I will send with an individula care instruction for each item. Please remember that embroideries, applicues and other work on the garments have been made by hand, and therefore deserves a carefull treatment, and I would strongly recomend handwashing and hand drying. Some of the clothes can handle harder treatments, like washing-mashin, but if that is the case, I will let you know.
