Ho trascorso anni come product manager e responsabile UX a creare strumenti digitali che venissero effettivamente utilizzati, non solo strumenti belli da vedere in una presentazione. A un certo punto, ho iniziato ad applicare la stessa filosofia al caos della vita familiare quotidiana: tabelle delle faccende domestiche che nessuno rispetta, routine che crollano entro mercoledì, sistemi di ricompensa troppo complicati da gestire.
Così ho iniziato a progettarne di mie, progettandole per bene, come farei con la funzionalità di un prodotto: cercando di capire cosa motiva davvero un bambino di 6 anni a lavarsi i denti senza protestare, di cosa ha bisogno un genitore alle 7 del mattino quando tutti sono già in ritardo, e che aspetto deve avere un programma visivo per funzionare davvero con un bambino che ragiona in modo diverso.
In questo negozio ogni cosa è progettata, non solo decorata: tipografia accurata, vera usabilità e test effettuati su un bambino prima di essere messi in vendita. Creo anche app gratuite e a pagamento, su cui si basano alcuni di questi materiali stampabili (HappyHeroes, PottyHero, ecc.), che ne supportano l'utilizzo durante tutta la giornata!

I spent years as a product manager and UX lead building digital tools that actually get used — not just ones that look nice in a pitch deck. Somewhere along the way, I started applying that same thinking to the chaos of everyday family life: chore charts nobody sticks with, routines that fall apart by Wednesday, reward systems too complicated to actually run.
So I started designing my own — properly designing them, the way I'd design a product feature: figuring out what actually motivates a 6-year-old to brush their teeth without a fight, what a parent needs at 7am when everyone's already running late, what a visual schedule needs to look like for it to genuinely work for a child who thinks differently.
Everything in this shop is designed, not just decorated — proper typography, real usability thinking, tested on an actual kid before it went up for sale. I also build free & paid apps that some of these printables are based on — HappyHeroes, PottyHero, etc. — that support the use of these resources all day long!
