Customer must provide us with a credible photo(s) if purchases are defective or damaged (i.e. holes in fabrics, embroidery thread excessively loose or long [very short strands are normal to avoid unthreading])
Embroidery Club Toronto sends the customer photos of finished products before being shipped; fabrics to be "dirty" with any liquids or solids is not plausible, thus not capable of a replacement or refund.
Mistakes in spelling or placement of anything embroidered is also NOT eligible for a replacement or refund of product once customer receives product; as Embroidery Club Toronto proactively collaborates and communicates with the customer throughout the process before starting production. Take your time & we are here to help you!
