My order arrived damaged — what can I do?

All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube and are packaged securely to ensure a safe journey. However, sometimes damage during transit can happen. If your poster(s) arrive damaged, please let me know as soon as possible, and provide a photo of the damage. Once you let me know, I can work on replacing your order.

Why don't you offer tracking numbers for shipping?

I ship all orders from Canada, via Canada Post — unfortunately, CP charges an extra $11 per shipment to add a tracking number. In order to keep shipping costs down for my buyers, I opt not to add this $11 to your order. If your order doesn't show in the specified time frame (usually within 2 weeks for most countries), please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and we can go from there.

Can I purchase a poster in a different size than what's on offer?

No — the posters were designed for a specific size and are not printed on demand.

I love [insert name of movie or tv show here]! Can you design a poster for it?

Hey, never say never — I get suggestions for movies/tv shows I should make posters for all the time, and every so often I will design a new one when I feel inspired. So don't be afraid to ask!
