Frequently asked questions
I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If you have chosen the “Free Shipping” option, I give an estimate of how many business days the order should arrive to you. This is noted in the confirmation you receive when your order is dispatched. Orders can potentially take up to 1 month to arrive, as the carrier experiences a large volume of packages to process. If it’s been over a month since your order has been dispatched and you still have not received it, please message me.
If you have chosen the “Tracked Shipping” option, the estimated delivery date for your order is noted when you track the order, give or a take a few days. If it has been two weeks since the estimate delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, please message me!
Can I track my order?
All orders placed within Canada, with the “Free Shipping” option are automatically UNTRACKED and sent as lettermail with Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade the shipping in order to track your order, please feel free to do so as this option is available at checkout. All orders shipped outside of Canada are tracked using the “Tracked Packet” option, which is a paid shipping option, with Canada Post.
I provided an incorrect address, what should I do?
If the buyer provides an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible to cover the shipment cost for the package to be resent, as I can’t provide free shipping more than once. Please message me if you believe you provided the wrong address.
I received damaged items, what should I do?
If you received items that were damaged while in transit, please message a picture of the damage ASAP. I can either replace the damaged item or provide you a refund for the item (minus the shipment cost) within 1 month of the shipment date.
