3 out of 5 starsI expected to receive an elegant luxury brand calligraphy font, instead I received a run-of-the-mill and highly inelegant font that has no relation to what's displayed in the ad I need this font for a new client's announcement. I want the font displayed or I'd like my money back! Thank you.

To clarify for future users: The 'luxury' look with swashes displayed in the ad is achieved by enabling OpenType features (Alternates/Glyphs) in your design software. Without activating these features, the font displays its standard, simple characters. I am sorry for the confusion regarding this technical aspect. Hi Raul. Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify for future buyers that this font acts as the base 'neon tube'. To achieve the glowing effect shown in the listing images, a simple 'Glow Layer Style' must be applied in your design software (like Photoshop or Illustrator). This is the standard industry practice for neon typography. I understand this wasn't what you expected, which is why I immediately issued a full refund of your $7 on the same day you left this review. 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT PURCHASE - Read the review where the seller responded "The 'luxury' look with swashes displayed in the ad is achieved by enabling OpenType features (Alternates/Glyphs) in your design software." It's not true because the OTF file contains only the base alphabet with no alternate glyphs or swash characters. It's not possible to "enable" them in Adobe Illustrator because they simply are not included. This is peak false advertising and you will not be able to achieve the look in the images seen in the listing.

Hi Adrienne. I respectfully disagree with the claim of 'false advertising'. I have personally re-verified the master OTF file code, and I can confirm 100% that it undeniably contains the ss01 (Stylistic Sets) and swash OpenType tables. The alternates are absolutely built into the file. If they did not appear in your specific Illustrator instance, it is likely a local font cache error or a corrupted download on your end, not a missing feature in the product. Regardless, I issued you a full refund immediately because I want every customer to be happy, even if we disagree on the technical cause. I stand behind the quality and accuracy of my work. 1 out of 5 starsI just bought the font "Simple Moment" and it looks nothing like what the product listing displays. It's supposed to be a modern, thin-line, minimalist-type font, and that's not at all what it looks like! Either an error by the shop/designer or deceptive advertising.

The issue you are seeing (a bold or different-looking font) happens when the computer displays a default system font (like Arial) because the new font wasn't selected correctly from the font list after installation.
