    Please note that completed readings cannot be refunded. If you do decide to cancel a scheduled reading, however, please do so as soon as you can. If the scheduled reading has not taken place, I will offer you a full-refund for your purchase.

    Digital items cannot be refunded once purchased.
    Shipping
    All readings are delivered within 5 days, but please allow up to 7 days. Readings are typically delivered to the e-mail address associated with your Etsy account. If you prefer an alternative e-mail for delivery, please make sure you include that in your purchase notes or in a private message.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Please offer me some notes and focus areas regarding to what you wish to explore and/or accomplish in a reading. A tarot reading works best when its symbolic messages are properly contextualized. It also offers more insight when your questions are focused.

    Unless otherwise specified on the listing, all readings will be completed and delivered within 5-7 days.

    I reserve the right to refuse any questions that do not align with my approaches and attitudes towards tarot. You will, of course, be given a full refund of your purchase should this be the case. Having that said, I will do my best to work with you to rephrase, reframe or refocus your question into something that will benefit and empower you.
