3 out of 5 starsThis character is one of my top three favorite characters in the series. However, this scent is beautifully strong scent before I light it. After it is lit, I cannot smell it which is disappointing for the price of the candle.

What Shipping Methods are Available
For Single Candlle Orders (under 1 LB) Fantasy Flames ships all Orders via USPS First Class Mail – which is typically 3 – 5 days for Delivery. USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional charge,
For Multiple Candle Orders (over 1LB), all Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2 – 3 Days shipping.
Do you ship Internationally
At this time, Fantasy Flames only ships within the USA . Check back with us in the future to see if we begin shipping Internationally.
What if my Package is Lost or Stolen
We ship with only the most reliable carriers. Once the package has left our shop, Fantasy Flames cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight as to where your package is.
If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps: 1) Verify the shipping address is correct
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
How Long will my Order take to Ship after I place my order
Our candles ship 1-2 weeks or 2-3 weeks depending if we are waiting on supplies. We try to make & ship as soon as we can. With Covid we have had delays in receiving our candle supplies so we have temporarily changed our turnaround time to 2-3 weeks. If the candle is made and ready to ship it will ship sooner.
However, due to demand and availability of specific products, please use the Shipping Timeframe shown for each product.
Once shipped, your order will deliver in the lead time prescribed by USPS – for either First Class Shipment (5 – 10 days) or Priority Mail (2 – 3 Days).
What if my Candle Arrives Broken
We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please message our shop with the following:
Photos of the packaging and candle if possible and safe.
Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number (ex. #9999) and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
I don't Like the Scent of the Candle I ordered - can I return or Exchange my purchase?
If you are unhappy with the Candle, you may exchange the Candle by notifying Fantasy Flames within 3 days of reciept. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and must postmark the shipment within 10 days. If the item is not returned in its original condition (un-lit), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs to re-ship the exchanged Candle.
Our Candle scents have been selected based on our Interpretation of the Character or setting with the corresponding scent. Each person is going to have a different sense of smell and may not enjoy the the scents like we do. It is highly encouraged that you read the description of the candles prior to your ordering them.
My Order was incorrect or has a Defect
If there has been an error on our part or you have received an incorrect or defective item we will offer to provide you with a Replacement Candle, or Refund.
In order to recieve the replacement, please provide a Photo of the Candle and the packaging.
Need a Rush Order
At this time, because of the current Volume of orders, Fantasy Flams is not currently able to offer a Rush on Candle Orders.

Orders Undeliverable, or, Returned to Fantasy Flames
Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it. If an item is returned to us for any other reason it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent we can refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees.
