Everything starts with a dream…

… And my dream was to have my own business where I can realize my abundant ideas and inspiration into real, practical yet beautiful items.

I have had a big love for embroidery and sewing ever since I was a little girl, thanks for my mom being a professional embroidery artist. Her and her fellow embroiderers made so many incredibly beautiful embroidery arts on Vietnamese formal clothing – the elegant Ao Dai – and other everyday items like tablecloth, napkins, hats and scarves. My dream of continuing her footsteps led me to designing school, where I learned how to integrate traditional value to contemporary life. At that time, I thought I could soon open my own embroidery and tailoring business.

However, life was harder than imagined. I failed at first, and started to work as a patternmaker for mass production companies to pay my bills. I spent quite some years of my life to turn other people’s ideas and sketches into practical patterns that can be joined into real garments. I always wanted to start over again – opening a small business, making meaningful items – those that are both beautiful and practical.

And the chance came to me in 2020 when my family moved to Vancouver, Canada. The pandemic turned life upside down, and I had so much free time that I spent on embroidery and sewing for my family and me. At that time, everyone seemed desperate when they had to wear face masks all the time. I started making little things like fabric face masks, added some little embroidery onto them and gave them to my friends. They loved the embroidered masks and asked for more and more. And I thought it was time I started with my business again! Step by step, from little items like the face masks going forward.

I have so many ideas that I want to turn into real things - especially clothing and accessories. I love how hand embroideries make a simple normal garment unique – and I aim to make each item a special one that my customer can be proud of and feel happy to use. Thanks to my Mom, sister and husband, I was able to operate a small shop here on Etsy where so many people sell their beautiful products. I am glad I can be a member in this handmade and vintage society.

I would always be happy to discuss with my customers about their ideas and how to bring them to life – and I love it when customers leave feedback on their orders. Please come and talk to me whenever you have an amazing idea in your head – I will try my best to realize them.

Warmest regards,

  • Tiana

    Owner, Designer, Customer Service

Used to be a professional patternmaker, one day I realized my biggest dream was not making patterns for other people’s designs but to turn my own imagination and ideas into real garments. And I built this shop with the support of my dearest ones!

  • Dany

    Dispatcher, Customer Service

Answering your questions about sizing, designs and delivery in a quick and thoughtful manner is my job. I aim to give you best experience in our shop – whether you are just looking, going to buy or already bought the items.

  • Lily

    Embroiderer, Designer

I am mother of Tiana and Dany, and I totally loved it when Tiana started to build her own shop. I have been embroidering for over 30 years and I still love what I do. Who says an old lady in her 60s can't make cute little embroideries?

  • Evelyn

    Professional Seamstress

I am here to turn all Tiana’s flat patterns into real garments. We work together to make the items most classy and beautiful.
