At this time, Feeding On Frost cannot accept refunds or exchanges - please purchase seriously.

I list in detail the dimensions, colors, treatment, and materials in every posting so please make sure they suit your needs before you order.

Payment

PayPal and Direct payment offered by Etsy.

Please note: you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal :)

Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Your order will be processed once payment is completed.

Shipping

***I highly recommend always purchasing a tracking number! Although the choice is yours, once I ship an order, I have no way of tracking it unless a tracking number has been purchased by the buyer (you!).***

If the Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses I receive for an order are different, I will ship to the Etsy address unless otherwise notified.

I am based in Toronto, Canada so most (if not all) Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail. In order to provide economical shipping rates, regular shipping does not provide tracking. However, tracked, expedited, or express shipping are offered as an option. I can use Paypal to print our shipping labels, so both buyer and seller have some sort of protection.

I can only ship to addresses provided by Paypal or Etsy, as we use their services to print shipping labels.

Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for loss or damage by the postal service. Please upgrade to an insurable and/or trackable shipping method if you wish to insure your purchase.

I do accept custom orders! Message or email me with your ideas, or if you would like to modify an existing listing - and I will work with you to the best of my abilities :)

Most of my pieces will be shipped out within 3-5 business days upon payment completion. Custom pieces or custom sizes can take between 1-2 weeks to complete.
